Easy to make Vegetable Slice

Ingredients
  • 3 Potato's Grated
  • 3 Sweet Potato's Grated
  • 2 Zucchini Grated
  • 3 Carrot's Grated
  • 2 Onions Grated
  • 1½ cups Wholemeal Flour
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Grated Tasty Cheese
Instructions
  1. Before adding to mixture - ensure you put all grated ingredients into a tea towel and squeeze out as much liquid as possible
  2. In a large bowl add all ingredients (apart from cheese) and additional spices as per your taste
  3. Mix well
  4. In a large lined baking tray pour all ingredients and smooth out to edges
  5. Put the grated cheese on top
  6. Cook in a pre-heated 180C oven for approx 25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly then cut into 12 servings
