  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients
  2. Pour mixture into two jars about 1.5 tbsp into each jar
  3. Put the lid on and give it a good shake to incorporate chia seeds
  4. Let it rest for an hour, shake again and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight. Eat anytime.
  5. Keeps up to two days in the fridge
