Salted caramel protein balls

Serves: About 15
  • 1 cup salted caramel granola
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup oat bran
  • ¾ cup honey
  • Dash of vanilla essence
  • Desiccated coconut to roll balls in.
  1. Place all ingredients into food processor with blade attachment
  2. Blend all ingredients till the mixture looks like a big ball (you may have to add more honey or bran if it’s to wet or dry)
  3. Place mixture in a bowl and store in fridge for an hour
  4. Take mixture out and use a teaspoon to measure the balls
  5. Roll each ball into coconut and place in a container
  6. This mixture last about 2 weeks in fridge
