  • 125grams butter
  • ½ cup castor sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup chopped macadamias
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 250grams melting chocolate (optional)
  1. beat butter and sugar together, then add egg mix to a cream
  2. add flour and mix well
  3. added smashed corn flakes and macadamias
  4. use a teaspoon to spoon out mixture on to a line tray and place in oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  5. you can melt chocolate to drizzle over cooked biscuits
