Ingredients
  • 1⅓ cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tsbp plain Greek yoghurt
Instructions
  1. Reheat oven to 180 C
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the dry ingredients, flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt, set aside
  3. in a separate bowl whisk wet ingredients, egg, bananas, apple sauce, honey, and yoghurt. Then slowly add in dry ingredients until mixture is combined.
  4. Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full and bake for 22 mins or until firm, allow to cool then serve and enjoy.
