Ingredients
  • 1½ cup almond meal
  • 2½ tbsp coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
  • 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 170C
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly
  3. Form balls and place onto tray and press down slightly and bake for 10-13 minutes or until slightly golden
  4. Leave to cool before eating
