  • 10 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup fine desiccated coconut
  1. Place dates in a food processor, and process just until they turn into big chunks
  2. Add banana and blend then add coconut and peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  3. Once mixture is well combined but not a paste
  4. Then roll into bite size ball and serve
  5. Can be store in fridge for 5 days
